On deck she is spacious as well and she is easy to sail. The deckhouse offers a 360 degrees view and every available modern navigational device. Below the deck is a roomy galley, a second salon and 4 two person cabins All cabins have heating and hot and cold water.
The Steady crosses the North Sea in May from Hoorn (NL) to Scotland. She makes her way along the English and Scottish coast and proceeds through the Caledonian Canal to the West coast, where the scenery is spectacular and the weather as well. From Oban there are some trips to Islay, Jura en Mull, Skye, Hebrides…. and back via Ireland, Devon en Cornwall to the Netherlands.
Why not book a one way North Sea crossing , both on the Steady and a flight? You save on CO2 emission and appreciate the difference between laid back sailing and stressful, if faster, airtravel.
